Where to begin…

We will begin the content for this blog with a few presumptions and a few statements:

It’s presumed that you have a rudimentary/basic kitchen.
Our audience is unlikely to have an 8-burner, double-oven, Wolf™ Range and Sub-Zero™ refrigeration.
If you do, adopt me.

For the rest of us, I presume you have a 4-burner, electric or gas range, with a standard or convection oven. If your situation is different, and your kitchen is minimalistic, make a comment and we’ll cover your options in another post.

It’s presumed that you may have a microwave, and know how to use it.
Rice cooker? If you make a lot of rice, it’s a good idea.
Instapot? I’m clueless. There are a lot of blogs, video channels, and websites devoted to your Instapot.
Air Fryer? Again, clueless. I’ve seen them, and I know people who use them. By their comments, directions are general guidelines, and you have to tweak your process and ingredients for the best results.
Old School Cool: The venerable Crock Pot. Set it and forget it.

We will begin this series with our next blog entry: “Kitchen Basics”
Covering the tools and utensils that we believe are going to give you the least trouble and provide the best long-term value.
See you there.
